逐痰通络汤对脑出血大鼠纤溶系统的影响 被引量:5

Effects of ZhuTan TongLuo on Fibrinolysis Index of Intracerebral Hemorrhage Rats

摘要 目的:探讨逐痰通络汤对脑出血大鼠不同时间点纤溶系统的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为脑出血组、假手术组和逐痰通络汤治疗组(2g/mL);利用脑立体定位仪,于脑一侧尾状核注射胶原酶制作模型;分别于出血后1、2、3和7天分别进行前肢放置和角落转向试验;测定大鼠脑内血肿容积;ELISA法测定大鼠血浆t-PA、PAI-1和D-二聚体含量。结果:与ICH模型组相比,逐痰通络汤治疗组第3、7天显著降低脑血肿容积(P<0.05或P<0.001);从第2天开始,显著性升高ICH大鼠血浆t-PA和D-二聚体含量(P<0.01或P<0.001),同时降低血浆PAI-1含量,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论:逐痰通络汤通过激活内源性纤溶系统的活性,减轻脑血肿,达到对脑出血大鼠的保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect and the effects of fibrinolysis index in administering the traditional Chinese medicine complex ,ZhuTan TongLuo,in the intracerebral hemorrhage ( ICH) rats by detecting t-PA,PAI-1 and D-Dimer. Methods:The ICH rats were randomly divided into three groups,normal saline group and two ICH groups with one of the group treated with drugs. (The time of administration was set at 1d,2d,3d,or 7d respectively).t-PA,PAI-1 and D-Dimer index were measured by ELISA respectively after treatment. Results:The findingsshowed that,compared with ICH model group,ZhuTan TongLuo significantly reduced the hematoma volume from 3rd day(P〈0.05 or P〈0.001)and increased the assay of t-PA and D-Dimer from 2nd day(P〈0.01 or P〈0.001)and decreased the assay of PAI-1 in the meantime(P〈0.05 or P〈0.001).Conclusion:ZhuTan TongLuo can p1ay an essential role in ICH rats by activate the fibrinolytic system and acceleration of absorbing the hematoma.
