摘要
目的:研究鱼腥草醇提总黄酮的抗辐射作用。方法:经口服灌胃给予小鼠醇提总黄酮,采用60Co-γ射线源进行一次性照射,测定外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞数目以及体重。结果:实验显示总黄酮高、中、低3个剂量组小鼠的白细胞数、淋巴细胞数和体重的回升值均高于辐射对照组,并有明显的量效关系。结论:研究表明总黄酮对辐射损伤小鼠具有良好防护作用,为鱼腥草医药新用途的研发提供一定科学依据。
Objective：In order to study radioprotect effect of Flavonoids from Houttuyniae cordata.Mothed：The flavonoids were orally administered to three test mice groups with high,middle,low dosage separately,and then the mice were exposed once to the irradiation from 60Co-γ.Results：The study show that the three test mice groups administered with different dosage of flavonoids all exhibit higher recovery number of white bloodcell and lymphocyte compared with the control group.and show significant quantity-activity relationship.Conclusion：Flavonoids from Houttuyniae cordata exhibits good radioprotective effect.
