摘要
目的:研究复方制剂中阿魏酸在大鼠体内的药代动力学。方法:大鼠灌胃给药,采用HPLC法测定阿魏酸的血药浓度。结果:阿魏酸在大鼠体内的药时过程符合一至模型,七味药合剂与两味药合剂的Cmax分别为2.23、2.52μg·mL-1,tmax分别为0.40h、0.80h。结论:所建立的RP-HPLC方法灵敏、准确、精密,本法为含有阿魏酸药物的血药浓度监测和药动学研究提供了方法学基础。
Objective:To study the pharmacokinetics of ferulic acid in rats in harmaceuticalproducts. Methods:The rats were administered using intragastric method.The concentrations of ferulic acid in plasma were determined by HPLC.Results:The absorption of ferulic acid is a first-order pocess.The Cmax of the seven harmaceuticalproducts and the two harmaceuticalproducts are 2.23,2.52μg· mL^-1 and the tmax are 0.40h,0.80h. Conclution:The method was sensitive,accurate and precise,which was used to study the pharmacokinetics profile of ferulic acid in rat plasma after oral administration of medicin.
