摘要
目的:分析野艾叶的挥发性成分,并与艾叶挥发性成分进行比较。方法:用HSGC-MS技术分离和鉴定野艾叶与商品艾叶中挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的质量分数。结果:野艾叶与艾叶的挥发性成分中,均含有桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、松油醇、α-蒎烯、莰烯、蒈烯、对-伞花烃、β-石竹烯、蒿烯、γ-松油烯等特征性成分。结论:本实验为野艾叶资源的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective:To analyze essential components of Folium Artemisiae Lavandulae-foliae,and to compared which with those in Folium Artemisia Argyi from Commodities.Methods:The essential components were separated and identified by HSGC-MS. The amount of the components were determinated by area normalization method. Results:Both Folium Artemisiae Lavan-dulaefoliae and Folium Artemisia Argyi were found to contain the following characteristic constituents:eucalyptol,camphor,borneol,terpineol,α-pinene,camphene,carene,p-cymene,β-caryophyllene,Artemesia triene,γ-Terpinen,etc. It has provided scientific foundation for exploitation and utilization of Folium Artemisiae Lavandulaefoliae.
