摘要
目的:比较研究白苏中总黄酮的逆流提取工艺及其特点。方法:采用三级逆流提取工艺和三效逆流提取技术提取白苏中总黄酮,并与常规热回流提取工艺进行了比较。结果:与常规热回流提取工艺相比,三级逆流提取工艺和三效逆流提取工艺提取率结果相当,但溶剂用量明显减少,提取时间明显缩短。结论:逆流提取工艺相比传统的中药提取工艺有明显的优势,值得在中药工业生产中推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the process of countercurrent extracting process of the total flavonoids from Perilla frutescens. Methods：Applying the three-stage and three-effect countercurrent continued technique to optimize the extracting process of the total flavonoids. And also,the two new processes were compared with the refluence process. Result：：Compared with the refluence process,the two countercurrent extracting processes have the advantages of higher recovery,less solvent consumption and shorter extraction time.Conclusion：The countercurrent extraction process has great advantages and is good for Chinese medicinal materials.
