摘要 提出了在精密烧结PE管上预涂一层硅藻土或粉末活性炭助滤层,直接过滤自来水或井水的反渗透进水预处理工艺过程与技术参数。分析比较了自来水、PE管直接过滤和PE管预涂膜过滤水样的污染指数FI15和粒径的分布情况。试验表明预涂膜过滤比PE管直接过滤提高去除率14%左右,能有效地控制污染指数FI15<4。 Abstract The pretreatment process using precisely sintered PE pipe precoated with diatomite or powder activated carbon is recommended to reduce the fouling index (FI) of tap water or infiltrated well water. The technical parameters of it are also presented. The FI 15 s and particle size distribution of tap water. PE pipe filtered water and pre coated PE pipe filtered water are compared. The experiment shows that the removal ratio of pre coated pipe will increase 14% than that of non coated pipe. A goal of FI 15 <4 can be achieved by the pre coated PE pipe.
