摘要
通过现场生产性试验,对比上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和复合式厌氧反应器处理高浓度中药废水的处理效果和运行稳定性,并后续好氧淹没式生物滤池,以探索一套完整高效的中药废水处理工艺,为生产应用提供依据。结果表明,当进水CODCr浓度为3800mg/L~15320mg/L时,复合式反应器平均出水649mg/L,UASB平均出水13133mg/L。当容积负荷为456kgCODCr/(m3·d)~1838kgCODCr/(m3·d)时CODCr平均去除率为908%,后续淹没好氧生物滤池。
Abstract This paper mainly compares the
treatment effects and operational stability of UASB and hybrid anaerobic reactor treating
wastewater of Chinese traditional medical drugs preparation in a full scale study. Also a
submerged oxic biofilter followed to explore a complete and high efficient wastewater treatment
process. The results show that when the influent COD Cr was between 3 800 to 15 320 mg/L,
the COD Cr levels of effluent averaged 649 mg/L and 1 313.3mg/L for hybrid reactor and
UASB respectively. When the volume load was 4 56 to 18 38 kgCOD Cr /m 3·d,average
removal rate of COD Cr was 90.8%. When the submerged oxic biofilter and sand filter
followed, the effluent could meet the discharge standard.
