野生与栽培半夏的镇咳祛痰作用对比研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的比较同种源野生和栽培半夏的镇咳祛痰作用,为半夏栽种提供依据。方法将同种源野生新、陈半夏和栽培新半夏按药典法炮制成清半夏进行实验。(1)小鼠氨水致咳实验:以引发咳嗽的潜伏期和3min内小鼠咳嗽次数为指标,比较野生和栽培半夏的止咳作用;(2)小鼠气管酚红排泌量实验:以小鼠气管中排泌酚红的量来评价野生半夏和栽培半夏的祛痰作用。结果 (1)野生陈半夏、野生新半夏和栽培新半夏与对照组比较均可使咳嗽潜伏期延长和咳嗽次数减少,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(2)野生陈半夏、野生新半夏和栽培新半夏与对照组比较均有明显的祛痰作用,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.001或P<0.01)。结论在镇咳方面,野生新半夏优于野生陈半夏和栽培新半夏;在祛痰作用方面,野生半夏优于栽培半夏,野生陈半夏优于野生新半夏。 Objective To compare the differences of wild Pinelliae rhizome and cultivated Pinelliae rhizome in same provenance for cough expectorant,and provide evidence for cultivation of Pinelliae rhizome.Methods The same source of fresh and preserved wild Pinelliae rhizome and fresh cultivated Pinelliae rhizome were prepared as cum alumine according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.1) Experimental cough in mice induced by ammonia:to compare the relieving cough of the wild and cultivated Pinelliae rhizome with the indicators of incubation period inducing cough and frequency coughing in three minutes.2) Experimental phenol red excretion in mice trachea:to evaluate the difference of wild and cultivated Pinelliae rhizome removing the phlegm with the excreting phenol red from trachea in mice.Results 1) Compared with the control group,the fresh wild,the preserved wild and cultivated Pinelliae rhizome extended to cough latency reduced the frequency of cough,the difference was significant(P0.01 or P0.05).2) Compared with the control group,the fresh wild,the preserved wild and cultivated Pinelliae rhizome were effective to remove the phlegm(P0.001 or P0.01).Conclusion The fresh wild is superior to both the preserved wild and the in relieving cough,and the wild was superior to the cultivated,while the preserved wild was superior to the fresh wild Pinelliae rhizome.
