鱼腥草遗传多态性指纹图谱变异研究

Study of cordate houttuynia on variation of genetic polymorphism fingerprinting

目的揭示种植在同一GAP产地的鱼腥草株之间存在着遗传多态性规律。方法建立每一株鱼腥草挥发油成分气相色谱指纹图谱,运用总量统计矩指纹图谱方法分析各指纹图谱的异同。结果 77株鱼腥草挥发油指纹图谱的总量零阶矩AUCT的RSD为341.56%,总量一阶矩MCRTT的RSD为51.43%,总量二阶矩VCRTT的RSD为65.71%。结论种植在同一GAP产地的鱼腥草同样存在遗传多态性自然规律,这是导致鱼腥草质量不稳定的内在原因。

Objective To reveal the genetic polymorphism law existing in the same GMP place of production of cordate houttuynia.Methods The GC fingerprints of the volatile oil in each cordate houttuynia were established and the the total statistical moment was used to analyse the differences.Result In volatile oil fingerprint analysis of 77 cordate houttuynia,the RSD of AUCT were 341.56%,the RSD of MCRTT were 51.43%,and the RSD of VCRTT were 65.71%.Conclusion The natural laws of genetic polymorphism exist in the same cordate houttuynia,which is the intrinsic factor tocause unstable quality of the cordate houttuynia.
