摘要 目的分析椿皮中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取椿皮中挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分。结果共鉴定了22个成分,占总峰面积的99%,而其中邻苯二甲酸乙基己基酯占87%。结论为椿皮资源的深入开发提供了科学依据。 Objective To analyse the essential oils constituents from Cortex ailanthi.Methods The essential oils in Cortex ailanthi were extracted with steam distillation,and its constituents were analysed with GC-MS.Results 22 compounds were identified and was 99% of the total peak area,in which,the Phthalic acid mono-(2-ethylhexyl) ester was 87%.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for developing resources of Cortex ailanthic.
