正交设计优选益血胶囊提取工艺

摘要 目的优选益血胶囊提取工艺。方法以表儿茶素浸出量和浸膏得率为评价指标,对鸡血藤药材粉碎度、提取次数进行考察;选择浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选益血胶囊提取工艺。结果最佳提取条件为药材粉碎成粗粉、加水浸泡1.0h,提取2次,加水量分别为10、8倍,提取时间分别为2.0、1.5h。结论优选出的提取条件可将有效成分基本提取完全,能为工业化生产提供实验依据。 Objective To study the optimum extraction of Yixue capsules.Methods The extraction rate of extractum and the extraction amount of epicatechin were chosen as the assessment index,the degree of grinding of Caulis spatholobi and number of extraction were studied;the soaking time,solvent volume and extraction time were the examining factors,the optimum extraction progress was selected with the orthogonal design.Results The optimum extraction progress conditions included that Caulis spatholobi was crushed into coarse powder,soaking 1 hour,extracting 2 times,amount of water 10 and 8 times respectively and the extracting time 2.0 h and 1.5 h respectively.Conclusion The optimum extraction process can almost extract all the effective components,which can provide the test foundation for industrial production.
