摘要 目的观察ALA-PDT疗法配合平疣散治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法对20例尖锐湿疣患者进行ALA-PDT治疗,并予中药平疣散内服。结果 20例患者经ALA-PDT疗法配合平疣散治疗后,完全缓解17例,完全缓解率达85%;无溃疡、疤痕等严重不良反应出现。结论 ALA-PDT疗法是治疗尖锐湿疣的简单、安全、有效、低复发率、无明显副作用的一种新的治疗方法,配合中药治疗可促进疾病愈合,减少复发。 Objective To observe the ALA-PDT treatment combined with Pingyou powder for acuteness wet wart. Methods twenty patients with acuteness wet wart were treated with PDT-ALA combined with Chinese drugs orally. Result 17 patients were cured and the cure rate was 85% with no the severe adverse reactions such as ulcer or scars and so on. Conclusion The ALA-PDT therapy is simple, safe, effective, low recurrence, no obvious side-effects for acuteness wet wart, which will be more effective combined with Chinese drugs orally to promote the healing and reduce the recurrence
