地榆三白汤保留灌肠配合内服中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎34例

Diyu Sanbai decoction enema with taking Chinese drugs for 34 patients with ulcerative colitis

目的观察自拟地榆三白汤保留灌肠配合内服中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将68例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例。治疗组采用地榆三白汤保留灌肠治疗,对照组予以单纯西药保留灌肠治疗,两组均内服中药基本方。治疗以10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组总有效率为73.5%,两组综合疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用地榆三白汤保留灌肠配合内服中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Diyu Sanbai decoction enema with taking Chinese drugs for ulcerative colitis. Methods 68 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 34 patients per group. The patients in the treatment group treated with Diyu Sanbai decoction enema, in the control group received only with western retention enema, and all the patients in both groups were taking the basic Chinese herbs, 10 d was one course and after 3 courses the curative effects were assessed. Resuits The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.2%, control group 73.5%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diyu Sanbai decoction enema with taking Chinese herbs is satisfactory for this disease.
