足底内侧皮瓣加腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部大面积软组织缺损

The extensive defect of heel soft tissue treated by superficial peronal neuro-fasciocutaneous and medical planter flap

目的探讨足跟部大面积皮肤软组织缺损的修复方法。方法 2005-01～2009-06对12例足跟部大面积皮肤软组织缺损患者,采用足底内侧皮瓣加腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣联合修复,以重建足跟部负重部位的感觉及功能。12例患者均有不同程度跟骨、跟腱外露,皮肤软组织缺损面积6cm×12cm～13cm×17cm。结果所有移植皮瓣全部成活,所有患者随访3～12个月,足底移植皮瓣外形无明显臃肿,未见磨损溃疡发生,感觉及行走功能良好,供皮区植皮全部成活。结论足底内侧皮瓣、腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣联合修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损是足跟部较大面积皮肤软组织缺损修复的有效方法 ,手术操作相对简单,术后感觉恢复良好。

Objective To explore the treatment technique of the extensive defect of heel soft tissue. Method From January, 2005 to June, 2009 12 cases of the extensive defect of heel soft tissue were treated with superficial peronal neuro-fasciocutaneous and medical planter flap, the extensive defects of heel soft tissue were from 6 cm×12 cm to 13 cm×17 cm. Result All the flaps survived completely; the patients were followed-up from 3 months to one year; the figure and feeling of the flaps were good, no disturd was found; the appearance was satisfactory. The skin graft survived. Conclusion The extensive defect of heel soft tissue treated by superficial peronal neuro-fasciocutaneous and medical planter flap is effective. The procedure is relatively simple.
