摘要
为防止传统含铅晶质玻璃对人类健康的影响及环境的污染,研制的无铅晶质玻璃常采用BaO作为主要成份来取代PbO。但得到的玻璃的品质易发生偏离.要满足新型无铅玻璃符合晶质玻璃基本性能的要求,满足工厂的现行熔制生产条件,本文尝试用一种含有K2O,SrO,ZnO及B2O3,Al2O3;和TiO2等氧化物的混和物来取代PbO组成.利用玻璃组成的混合效应,使制成的玻璃依然能在1420℃附近的温度下熔化,外观及物化性能类似于传统晶质玻璃,而同时不会有溶铅渗出形成危害。
In order to protect human health and natural enviroment Bao has been used instead of PbO content in preparing crystal glass without lead content. However the non-lead crysta1 glass's quality with Bao often changed from that of traditional crystal glass. A new oxide mixture (including K2O, Na2O, SrO, ZnO, B2O3, Al2O3 and TiO2 as well BaO and PbO)was studied to prepare the new crystal glass to keep the properties closer to these of customard crystal glasses and to meet the requirement of glass producers though the mixing principle of glass and valence change ability of high valence ions.The results showed that these glasses could be melt under 1420℃ and with the samilar features of the traditional crystal glasses at the sane time without lead solution to pollute the surroundings.
