新疆牦牛多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感实验

Isolation Identification and Sensitive Test of Drug of Pasteurellosis multocida from Yak in Xinjiang

为确诊新疆某牦牛场的某疾病的发病病源,控制病情蔓延,对该病病原进行分离培养、小白鼠致病性试验、生化鉴定、PCR鉴定。结果表明:得到6株多杀性巴氏杆菌;这6株分离菌均对庆大霉素、四环素、链霉素、磺胺、土霉素等药物敏感;根据多杀性巴氏杆菌KMT-1基因扩增了1条457bp的特异性条带,对其进行测序分析,结果表明其与GenBank提交的12条多杀性巴氏杆菌KMT-1基因序列同源性达97%～99%。

In order to determine the pathogen and control outbreak the!pestilence in some farm of Yak in Xinjiang,fractional cultivation of pathogen,pathogenicity test of mice,identification of biochemistry and physiology and PCR were done.The result indicated that 6 strains Pasteurellosis multocida were obtained;the 6 strains were sensitive to cidomycin,tetracycline,streptomycin,sulfasulfonamides,oxytetracycline etc.The PCR products were 457 bp and specificity bands of KMT-1 gene of Pasteurellosis multocida.The homology of KMT-1 gene was 97%～99% with other of KMT-1 gene of Pasteurellosis multocida in GenBank.
