IL-6-174G/C及CRP+1059G/C基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族代谢综合征及其组分的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨IL-6-174G/C及CRP+1059G/C基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族代谢综合征(MS)及其组分的相关性。应用PCR-RFLP方法对新疆哈萨克族MS病例组200例及对照组201例的白细胞介素6基因-174G/C位点及CRP基因+1059G/C位点进行检测。IL-6-174G/C位点MS组与对照组均以GG基因型为主,其频率分别为94%和98.5%,GC基因型频率分别为6.0%和1.5%,CC型在MS组有1例,占0.5%,在对照组未发现。G和C等位基因频率在MS组分别为97.0%和3.0%,两组基因型差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.66,P<0.05)两组间等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.43,P<0.05);CRP+1059G/C位点MS组与对照组以GG基因型为主,其频率分别为93.0%和99.0%,GC基因型频率在两组分别为7.0%和1.0%,CC纯合子基因型在两组中均未检出。G和C等位基因频率在MS组分别为96.5%和3.5%,两组基因型差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.43,P<0.05),两组等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.24,P<0.05)。IL-6-174G/C和CRP+1059G/C基因多态性与哈萨克族代谢综合征及组分有一定关联。 To study the associations of the gene polymorphism at-174G/C interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein (CRP) +1059 G/C in patients with metabolic syndrome and its components of the Xinjiang Kazakh population.We used PCR-RFLP to detect the frequency of IL-6-174G/C and CRP+1059G/C genotype and alleles in Xinjiang Kazakh residents of Shawan and the Bortala region over 18 years old.The IL-6-174G/C gene frequency of GG in the MS group was 94.0%,GC was 6.0%,CC was 0.5% and the allele gene frequency of G and C was 97.0 % and 3.0%,there was statistically significant difference in these gene distributions among MS group and normal group (χ2=5.66,P0.05),The CRP gene frequency of GG in MS group was 93.0%,GC was 7.0% CC was not found between the two groups,and the allele gene frequency of G and C was 96.5% and 3.5%.There were statistically significant differences in these gene distributions among MS group and normal group (χ2=9.43,P0.05).These results suggest that the interleukin-6 gene-174G/C and CRP+1059G/C polymorphism was associated with metabolic syndrome and its components of xinjiang Kazakh population.
