本文介绍福州平安大厦钢筋砼芯简──框架结构的设计与计算。本工程楼盖体系采用现浇钢筋砼宽扁梁—预应力平板结构，具降低结构高度，增大楼层净空高的效果，有一定综合经济效益。

This paper presents the structural design and analysis of R. C core - frame of Fuzhou Pingan Building .R. C wide - flat beam and prestressed flat - plate is used in this structrue. It can reduce the structrue height and increased the clear heigh of floor, and get a fine combined economy benifit .
