摘要
本文通过龙岩市若干招标工程选用静压短预制桩基础比传统的基础型式取得造价低、工期短、质量可靠、施工方便而且安全的成功经验，说明这一桩型在山区阶地一类建筑场地具有较高的推广应用价值。在阐述桩型优越性同时，也介绍了这一桩型在施工机械和桩身及桩段设计方面的技术改进以及施工管理中应掌握的施工工艺和质量控制方法。
Based on some tender project to select pressure short prestressed concrete plie foundation. It's not only low cost , deficien construction period and reliable quality but also safe operation and construction convenient than traditional model of foundation in Longyan city . The article attempts to oxpound the advantages value of extension and application in build place of mountain area. At the same time, the article introduced this model of pile in construction machine and improved technique in the design of pile, ought to master construction technology and control of quality method in the construction management
