摘要
目的：了解东柳中心卫生院门诊不合理用药处方情况,并分析原因,提出解决办法,提高医疗质量水平。方法：抽取2010年4月～6月门诊西药房处方7827张,对其中不合理用药处方进行统计分析。结果：不合理用药处方共524张,占调查处方的6.69%。结论：门诊处方用药合理性有待提高,医师应加强药学知识的学习,提高合理用药的水平。
to get acquainted with the situation of inappropriate prescriptions in our hospital,analyze its causes,provide solutions and promote medical level.Method：selecting 7,827 prescriptions from the dispensary for western medicine of the outpatient service randomly,gathering statistics and making analysis on those inappropriate ones.Result：There are altogether 524 inappropriate prescriptions which account for 6.69% of the total.Conclusion：The medical skill of the outpatient center of our hospital needs to be improved and doctors should strengthen their study on medical knowledge and improve their medication level.
