兔淋巴球囊和盲肠的组织学与组织化学及机能探讨(Ⅰ)

Studies on Histology and Histochemistry and Functionof the Lymphoid Sacculus and Intestinum Caecum of Rabbit()

用组织学与组织化学法证明：兔淋巴球囊由圆球囊与盾形淋巴团组成。其结构如肠壁，但粘膜下层充满淋巴集结。Ａｌｉｃｉａｎ蓝ＰＡＳ法显示，粘膜上皮柱状细胞含中性糖类，杯状细胞分泌酸性糖类，淋巴集结分泌中性糖类物质。淋巴球囊主要行使体液免疫与消化吸收功能。兔盲肠有发达的螺旋形皱襞，行发酵、消化、吸收的功能，且与软粪形成及食粪癖（ｃｏｐｒｏｐｈａｇｙ）相关。

By using histology and histochemistry technique,it was confirmed that the lymphoid sacculus of rabbit were made up from round sacculus and shield - form lymphoid group. The structure of the lymphoid sacculus was similar to the structure of imtestinum wall,but the submucosa of the lymphoid sacculus had a lot of aggregate lymphnodle. By Alician Blue PAS method, it was showed that mucosa epithelium columnar cell contained neuter mucopolysaccharide, goblet cell secreted acid mucopolysacchride, and aggregate lymphnodle secreted neuter mucopolysaccharide. The main functions of the lymphoid sacculus were immunityhumoral,digestion and absorption. The caecum of rabbit had developed spiral folds which performed fermentation, digestion and absorption,and were related to the production of soft excremene and the coprophagy.
