南美斑潜蝇成虫对不同颜色粘卡的趋性及日活动规律研究

Studies on the taxis of the adults of Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard to different sticky colour traps and their daily active regularity

本试验使用８种不同颜色的粘性色卡对南美斑潜蝇成虫的趋性进行试验。结果显示柠檬黄卡和桔黄卡对成虫的诱集效果较好。夏天在三种天气下粘卡监测成虫的结果表明，晴天和阴天成虫有两个活动高峰，分别是７００～１０００和１３００～１７３０，雨天成虫较少活动，全天无明显活动高峰。

Eight sticky colour traps had been used to study the taxis of the adults of south American leaf miner, Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard. Results showed that lemon yellow colour trap and orange yellow colour trap, which were more effective than other colour traps, could lure 37.1% and 21.3% of the adults respectively. Results of using lemonyellow traps to monitor the activity of the adults under three weather conditions in summer showed as follows: there were two active summit 7∶00～10∶00 and 13∶00～17∶30 in a sunny or a cloudy day. when it's raining, the adults were less active and its active summit was not exist.
