摘要
明胶污水治理一直是国内污水处理的一个难题,其废水水质复杂,COD含量高,污泥量大,特别在高原寒冷地区一般生化细菌活性大大降低,难以达到处理效果。通过埋地建设,利用车间余热、水体流动等因素,并引进进口转基因微生物接菌,采用IBAF工艺,成功实现对明胶废水的处理,达到排放标准。
The gelatin production wastewater treatment is a hard problem in China,with complicated water quality,high concentration of COD and large quantity of sludge and especially its low biochemical activity of bacteria in highland,so it is difficult to be treated.The genetically modified micro-organisms and IBAF process is applied to successfully treat the gelatin production wastewater and the results meet the discharge standards.
