摘要
从环境安全的内涵出发,结合甘肃省生态环境脆弱、经济欠发达的省情,参照压力-状态-响应模型,建立了一套3层34项指标的环境安全评价指标体系。采用以上指标体系,利用甘肃省2003—2007年相关统计和实地调查数据,对甘肃省5年的环境安全现状和变化趋势、以及主要影响因素予以分析评价,提出了改善甘肃省环境安全水平的若干对策建议。
Based on the model of Pressure-State-Respons,a model is established to analyze the environmental safety situation in Gansu Province,an ecological fragile and underdeveloped province,from 2003 to 2007.By using the related statistics and onthespot investigation data,the environmental safety level and the change tendency,as well as the primary causes of environmental safety conditions in the recent five years are then assessed.Furthermore,some suggestions and requests are put forward to improve the environmental safety level in Gansu Province.
