摘要
青海云天化国际化肥有限公司20万t/a合成氨项目建在青海省西宁市甘河工业园区。从项目的建设内容识别项目存在的风险因素,确定了液氨贮存区为重大危险源,结合当地气象特征及环境保护目标分布预测分析设定发生泄漏事故对环境的影响。
Qinghai Yuntianhua International Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.Synthetic Ammonia Project of 200 thousand t/a is situated in Ganhe Industrial Park,Xining,Qinghai.Through analyses,this paper discusses the risk factors of the project,determines liquid ammonia storage area is the major hazard source and forecasts and analyzes the effects of leakage accidents on environment based on the local meteorological phenomena and environmental protection object distribution.
