This paper introduces the main characteristics and functions of the computerized control system for power distribution safety and describes its application in large development zone.This system adopts network layer and level structure based on wire connected with star size and effectively solves the problems of coordination of communication reliability and wire layout convenience;also is this system,plenty of picture fand data interface in the configuration software is applied in the power distribution safety computerized management,which can effectively conduct real time monitoring for the the power distribution system and offer a practical case for the safe operation of power distribution system.
