摘要
利用社会学结构功能主义的理论范式,我们解析马丁·特罗关于高等教育问责的基本问题就有了新的研究视角和理论基础。本文试图通过构建美国公立大学问责制的分析框架,讨论“价值-功能”导向下的四种问责形式,并分析问责的限度与问题。
Theoretical paradigm of structural functionalism in Sociology provides a useful perspective and theoretical basis for us to answer Martin Trow's basic questions about higher education accountability research. This article attempts to build an analytical framework to study accountability of public universities and colleges in the United States as well as evaluate the functions of this accountability system.
