“学习话语”何以主导教育领域——基于欧洲地区相关现象的分析 被引量:4

Transcendence of Learning Discourse over Educational Discourse: Based on the Analysis of Relevant Changes in European Areas

摘要 本文以欧洲终身学习为背景,从三个方面分析了“教育话语”被“学习话语”取代的趋势,认为趋势形成的直接原因是欧洲各国及国际组织对“终身学习”理念的政策推广,而深层原因是社会不同层面的变化对个体的要求。文章认为学习领域的“个体化”也是促成学习话语主导教育领域的原因之一,指出“学习话语”取代“教育话语”后,后者的运行发生困难甚至“失语”。因此要讨论教育问题,就需要构建“教育新话语”。 Based on the context of lifelong learning in Europe, this article conducts an analysis of a trend that educational discourse will be replaced by learning discourse. The advocacy of lifelong learning policies from the states and international organizations in Europe is a direct reason that leads to this trend, and different levels of social changes on individual requirements is a deep cause. The article believes that the individualization of learning is also a factor that contributes to this trend, and the dominance of learning discourse in the educational field results in the difficuhies of educational discourse used for the discussion of the educational questions. Therefore, a new discourse of education is called for to address the problem.
