摘要
本文利用相关调查数据,分析大学生所学专业和工作岗住匹配的变动趋势及其对工资的影响。研究发现,高等教育规模扩大后,大学生所学专业和工作岗位相匹配的比例明显降低;完全匹配的比例在不同就业单位间存在较大的差异;大学生在就业中实现所学专业和工作岗位相相匹配能显著增加他们的工资收入。
Through the survey data, this paper studies the variation tendency of college students" major and job match, and its impact on wages. The results show that the probability of college students' major and job match has decreased after higher education" expansion; there is a distinct discrepancy for exact match ration of college students' major and job in different employment units; the major and job match in the employment of college students can significantly increase their wages.
