摘要
目前由于大多数高校仍未摆脱传统人事管理的束缚,在人力资源的管理过程中还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,不能满足国家和时代发展的需要。因此,有必要加强高校人力资源管理的理论与实践研究,在丰富和完善人力资源管理理论的同时,促进高校健康发展,奠定国家可持续发展的基础。
Due to the traditional human resource management role in most universities and colleges, there exist many problems which can't be neglected in the human resource management. Of course, these problems can't satisfy the society development. Thus, it is necessary to enforce the study on the theory and practice of human resource management, which could enrich human resource management theories, promote the universities' development and build the basis for the country's sustainable development.
