保留哺乳功能的乳头内陷整形术

An improved operation of lactation function preserved for correction of inverted nipple

目的探讨理想的矫正乳头内陷的最佳方法,同时兼顾保留哺乳功能。方法松解主乳管周围挛缩,应用去表皮对偶三角乳晕瓣充填乳头凹陷下方的组织缺损,同时收紧乳头颈部,使乳头成形外观良好。结果 12例乳头内陷得到矫正,切口一期愈合,未发生主乳管损伤,随访哺乳功能正常。结论该方法手术操作简便,乳头牵出后下方缺损填充可靠,效果良好,不易复发,术后保留哺乳功能,是较为理想的方法,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the optimal method for correcting inversed nipple,while maintaining the normal function of lactating.Methods After loosening contracture tissues around the main galactophore,dual triangle flaps of mammary areola were used to support the base of nipple.The nipples were formed by tightening the base of nipple.Results 16 cases of nipple inversion were performed the operation by using the method with no trauma to the main galactophore.All patients were satisfied with the normal lactation function postoperatively.Conclusion This is an ideal operation with long effect and no trauma to galactophore for correcting inversed nipple and maintaining the normal function of lactating.
