摘要
杀菌釜广泛应用于我国食品加工行业。本文介绍了一种采用创新结构设计的连续式杀菌釜,论述了新型杀菌釜的设计原理和节能效果,比较了普通杀菌釜与新型连续式杀菌釜的差别,新型杀菌釜不但可以提高产品的杀菌质量,同时减少了杀菌时蒸汽的消耗量,从而达到提高食品生产企业综合效益的目的。
The sterilizer widely applies in our country food processing profession.The article introduces the innovative structural design of new continuous autoclave sterilizer and principle of design and the energy conservation effect.Compared with ordinary sterilizer and new continuous-type sterilizer difference,the new one improve the quality of the sterilization products,while reducing the consumption of steam during sterilization,consequently improve the comprehensive benefits of food production enterprises.
