摘要
由于海洋环境的特殊性以及生物的多样性,从海洋中筛选产高效、新颖、低毒的抗菌活性产物潜力巨大。本文对海洋微生物来源抗生素的国内外研究进展,研究目的和意义以及研究方法和产业化难题做了系统介绍,并对海洋药物的开发进行了展望。
Because of the special nature of the marine environment and biological diversity,it was great potential in screening antibacterial substances of efficient,innovative,low toxic from marine.In this thesis,research advances of antibiotics from marine microorganisms,purpose and significance of research and research methods and industrial problems were introduced meanwhile the development of marine pharmaceuticals were discussed.
