绝对卧床疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Practice of conservative treatment to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探讨绝对卧床疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的真实疗效。方法选择诊断明确、愿意接受"绝对卧床法"治疗腰椎间盘突出症的46例患者进行治疗和疗效随访。一般绝对卧硬板床3～4周,第1周每日1次甘露醇与地塞米松静脉滴注消炎脱水,疼痛缓解后逐渐开展腰背肌功能锻炼。结果本组46例中疗效佳8例,良23例,可11例,差4例。优良率达67.4%,有效率为91.3%。结论采用绝对卧床疗法对腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠,方法简单,费用低廉,是保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的首选方法。

Objective To analyze the result of ＂strict bed rest＂ to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods To select the appropriate 46 patients who are willing to accept it and give conservative treatment to them：strict bed rest 3-4week at the beginning of first week,mannitol and dexamethasone were used every day,take functional exercise of lumbar muscles gradually after the pain relieved.Results The excellent amount of the quantity named 46 is 8 and the good is 23,the common is 11 and the worse is 4.So we can conclude that the clinical good and excellent rate is 67.4%,the clinical effective is 91.3%.Conclusion The way is simple,effective,cheap and is the best conservative treatment.
