10例不明原因肺出血CT和X线诊断分析

CT and X-ray diagnosis of pulmonary hemorrhage of unknown causes(Report of 10 cases analysis)

目的探讨不明原因肺出血的X线和CT诊断。方法对10例不明原因肺出血患者的CT及X线表现进行分析。结果肺出血表现为片状云雾状,不规则团块状,增强无强化。结论增强扫描和短期动态复查对肺出血诊断具有肯定价值。

Objective To investigate the causes of pulmonary hemorrhage with X-ray and CT.Methods 10 patients with bleeding lesions absorption were analysized in CT,X-ray analysis.Results Pulmonary hemorrhage showed sheet cloudy,irregular regiment massive increase with no enhancement.Conclusion Enhanced scanning and short-term dynamic review of pulmonary hemorrhage have a definite value for diagnosis.
