摘要
以脱钙率为指标,以脱钙时间、盐酸浓度、液料比为自变量分别进行单因素试验,并在此基础上进行三因素二次旋转正交试验,对盐酸脱除武昌鱼(Megalobrama amblycephala)鱼鳞中钙质的反应规律进行了探讨。结果显示:液料比对脱钙率的影响最大,盐酸浓度次之,脱钙时间的影响最小。得出其反应模型及较佳脱钙工艺参数为:脱钙时间为86.01 min,盐酸浓度为0.43 mol/L,液料比为62∶1,脱钙率达到79.18%。
The effect of decalcification time,concentration of hydrochloric acid and ratio of liquid to material on the decalcification rate of fish sacle of bream was investigated.Demineralization of fish scale is optimized by a central composite rotatable design(CCRD)and the regression model of three factor twice rotation perpendicular regressive design is adopted with the rate of deminerlization as a response value.As a result,the ratio of liquid to material affects the decalcification rate most,concentration of hydrochloric acid takes the second place and decalcification time was the last.The optimum demineralization condition of fish scale of bream was as follows:decalcification time was 86.01 min,concentration of hydrochloric acid was 0.43 mol/L,ratio of liquid to material was 62∶1,and the decalcification rate can reach 79.18%.
