摘要
建立人血浆中多氯联苯(PCBs)的检测方法,为流行病学调查提供灵敏、可靠的技术手段。利用5%Na2SO4、乙腈和1-丙醇/水(85∶15)超声提取人血浆中的PCBs,固相萃取后,采用气相色谱-电子捕获器联用的方法(GC-ECD)测定血浆中PCBs的含量。7种PCBs在1~50ng/mL范围内线性良好(R>0.9998),在5、20ng/mL加标水平下,7种PCBs回收率在86.50%~120.00%之间,精密度在1.76%~8.13%范围内。PCBs的检出限为0.04~0.08ng/mL。
This paper aims to establish a sensitive and reliable analytical method for analyzing polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in human plasma.PCBs in human plasma were extracted ultrasonically with 5% Na2SO4,acetonitrile and 1-propanol/water(85∶15,V∶V),cleaned up by solid phase extraction with a C18 cartridge,concentrated and determined by gas chromatography with ECD(election capture detector).The calibration curves of PCBs were linear(R0.999 8)at a concentration ranging from 1 ng/mL to 50 ng/mL.The recoveries of the PCBs for human plasma identified at the 5 ng/mL and 20 ng/mL levels were between 86.50% and 120.00%.The analytical precisions within a day were 1.76%~8.13%.The limits for detection of PCBs were in the range of 0.04~0.08 ng/mL.
