摘要
研究了对硝基苯甲醛在[Bmim]BF4和甲醇组成的混合溶剂体系中的还原胺化反应。以离子液体[Bmim]BF4和甲醇物质的量比为1∶4时的混合物为反应介质,室温下反应2h,产率可达96.5%。实验结果表明,该方法反应条件温和、产率高、反应时间短、后处理简单、离子液体可稳定重复使用6次以上。
The reductive amination of p-nitrobenzaldehyde in mixed solvents of ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 and methanol was investigated.The reaction was conducted at room temperature for 2 h in a reaction medium composed of [Bmim]BF4 and methanol at a molar ratio of 1∶4,resulting in a yield of the target product equating to 96.5%.The results showed that this method had several advantages including mild reaction conditions,high yields,short reaction time,and simple post-treatment procedures.Furthermore,[Bmim]BF4 could be reused at least 6 times.
