摘要
以2,4-二氟苯胺为原料,经溴化、Sandmeyer反应和格氏反应3步得到标题化合物,总产率约29%,纯度99.81%(GC法)。产物的结构通过MS及1HNMR验证。
2-Chloro-3,5-difluorophenol was synthesized from 2,4-difluoroaniline via bromination,the Sandmeyer reaction,the Grignard reaction,and esterification.The overall yield of the target product was 29% with its purity reaching 99.81%(by GC).The structure of the product was confirmed by MS and 1HNMR.
