植物生长调节剂对降香黄檀种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:27

摘要 为提高降香黄檀种子萌发率及加快苗木生长速度,进行了不同植物生长调节剂及其浓度对降香黄檀种子浸种发芽及幼苗生长的影响试验。结果表明:经过植物生长调节剂GA3、6-BA、IBA各种浓度分别处理后,提高了降香黄檀种子的发芽率、发芽势,但开始发芽的天数没有缩短,其中50 mg/L GA3对提高发芽率效果最好,80 mg/L 6-BA对提高发芽势效果最好;GA3、6-BA各种浓度对发芽指数有促进作用,但50、80 mg/L IBA对发芽指数起到降低作用。PP333、6-BA、GA3、NAA、IAA各种浓度对降香黄檀苗木苗高、地茎生长均有一定促进作用。PP333能阻碍苗木正常高生长,但对地茎生长有很好的促进作用。 The present experiment has been conducted to study the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators(GA3,6-BA,IBA) on seed germination and seedling growth of Dalbergia odorfiera Chen in order to improve its seed germination rate and seedling growth.The results showed that seed germination rate and germination energy of Dalbergia odorfiera Chen treated with plant growth regulators(GA3,6-BA,IBA) were greatly improved,but the pre-ger-mination was not affected.The treatment GA3(50 mg/L) showed the best effects on the improvement of germination rate,while the treatment 6-BA(80 mg/L) showed the best effects on improvement of seed germination energy.Different concentrations of GA3 and 6-BA could promote seed germination index,but treatment IBA(50 and 80 mg/L) played contrary roles.Different concentrations of PP333,6-BA,GA3,NAA and IAA promoted plant height and growth of ground stem of Dalbergia odorfiera Chen seedling.PP333 restrained normal growth of seedling height and enhanced the diameter of basal part.
