腹壁粘液性脂肪肉瘤1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 患者男性,45岁。因发现右侧腹壁肿物20余天入院。入院前半年,自觉右下腹部坠胀感,未予重视。20余天前,发现脐下偏右侧可触及肿物,无明显腹胀、腹痛。检查：腹平坦,未见肠型及蠕动波。脐下偏右侧可触及一肿块，平卧位可凸出，约10cm×8cm×10cm大小，质韧，无明显移动，无压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张，皮肤颜色正常，皮温不高。叩诊无移动性浊音，无肝区扣击痛。未闻及振水音，
