完善服务体系是加强农村户用沼气建设工作的当务之急——云南省750户农户问卷调查

Strengthening service system being the tough work for rural household-based biogas construction ——Findings from 750 households' questionnaire survey in Yunnan Province

在新的国际国内形势下,沼气建设不仅是带动新农村建设的重要途径,而且是解决能源问题的有效形式之一。在国家不断加大农村沼气建设投资的大背景下,本文借助云南省13个县15村750多户农户的问卷调查资料,分析了农村户用沼气建设面临的一些问题,指出了技术服务方面存在的现实挑战,并在此基础上提出了如何进一步加强农村沼气建设,尤其是建立有效的服务体系的政策思路。

Biogas construction is not only an important approach for New Countryside Construction Initiative but also an effective way for resolving energy issues under new national and international context.By considering the more and more investment for biogas construction from both central and local government,the paper did not only analyze many general problems faced by rural biogas construction program,but also described many practical challenges related to technical service based upon more than 750 households＇ questionnaire survey from 15 villages in 13 counties taken in Yunnan Province.Some policy recommendations for improving service system were dsoproposed,which may promote rural biogas construction.
