摘要
科技型中小企业是我国技术创新的重要力量和源泉,但一直面临着融资难的问题。从企业网络的角度分析科技型中小企业网络对其融资获取、不同生命周期企业融资选择的影响。在此基础上,提出企业网络战略管理的各项对策及政府职能,以缓解科技型中小企业融资难问题。
The high-tech SEMs have been the important force and source of China＇s technology innovation,however,they are difficult in financing.The essay attempts to analyze the impact of high-tech SEMs＇ network on the acquirement of financing source and the financing options in different life circles from the perspective of enterprise network.Based on the analysis,the essay will put forward some suggestions on both the company＇s strategic management of enterprise network and government behaviors so as to relieve high-tech SEMs＇ difficulty in finance.
