刍议城市农民工“蜗居”现况及解决路径

相关资料显示,我国农村外出务工人员已经超过1.2亿。大量农民工进入城市既给城市和社会经济发展带来了新鲜血液和力量,也给城市现代化进程带来了巨大的挑战,尤其在户籍制度和房地产价格暴涨的双重压力下,作为生存最基本的居住问题,往往成为农民工们日常生活中最大障碍。通过对武汉晴川桥下的"水上部落"实证调查,对现存城市务工农民工的"蜗居"现象和住房难问题进行观察和剖析,并提出相关建议。

According to the relevant materials,the number of the migrate workers（mainly from the countryside） has exceeded 1.2 hundred million which benefits the development of economy and society,as well as imposes huge pressure and challenges,especially confronted with the enormous increase of the real estate price and the census registration.As the basic needs for the people,the living problem becomes the biggest question in the daily life of the migrate workers.This essay would investigate and analysis the ＂water tribe＂ which is a special group of people who are living in the small boat on the Han River,reflecting the poor living condition of many migrate workers and try to make some suggestions about how to resolve the problem appropriately.
