Fe72Co8Si15B5非晶薄带的磁阻抗效应

摘要 研究了频率、磁场强度、线圈匝数、薄带长度以及退火对Fe72Co8Si15B5非晶薄带磁阻抗效应的影响。结果表明:非晶薄带的阻抗随着频率的升高、线圈匝数的增多而增大,随着磁场强度和薄带长度的增大而减小;阻抗变化幅度随着频率的升高、磁场强度的增大和线圈匝数的增多而增大,随着薄带长度的增大而减小;退火可以提高非晶薄带的磁阻抗效应。 The dependences of magneto-impedance frequency, magnetic field, winding turns, ribbon length and effect of Fe72Co8Si15B5 amorphous alloy ribbons on annealing were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the impedance of Fe72Co8Si15B5 amorphous alloy ribbon increased with increasing frequency and winding turns, and decreased with increasing magnetic field and ribbon length; the change of impedance increased with increasing frequency, magnetic field and winding turns, decreased with increasing ribbon length; the magnetic impedanc effect couled be enhanced by annealing.
