摘要
采用传统氧化物陶瓷工艺氧气烧结制备Mn取代的缺铁配方LiZn铁氧体,研究了Mn取代量对LiZn铁氧体磁性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明,随着Mn取代量的增加,饱和磁化强度Ms和剩余磁感应强度Br均呈先增大再减小的趋势,而矫顽力Hc先下降再升高;随着Mn取代量的增加,电阻率ρ逐渐下降,介电常数ε′变化不大,介电损耗角正切tanδε′总体呈增大趋势。
Mn-substituted LiZn ferrites with iron-deficient composition were prepared by traditional ceramic techniques and sintering in O2.The magnetic and dielectric properties of Mn-substituted LiZn ferrites were investigated.The results indicated that the saturation magnetization Ms and remanence Br increase first and then decrease with increasing Mn content,whereas the coercive force Hc has an opposite change.As to the dielectric properties of the LiZn ferrites,DC resistivity decreases,the dielectric constant ε′ changes a litle,and on the whole the dielectric loss tangent tanδε′ increases with increasing Mn content.
