棉用无醛磷酸酯阻燃剂的制备及应用 被引量:8

摘要 以亚磷酸、乙二醇等为原料,制备了一种新型磷酸酯阻燃剂,并对所制阻燃剂进行了结构表征;利用合成的阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,通过对阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量、焙烘时间和焙烘温度的讨论,得到了优化的整理工艺:阻燃剂300g/L,交联剂80g/L,170℃焙烘2min.整理织物的阻燃性能和热分析表明:整理织物的裂解温度明显降低,残渣量增加较多,阻燃性能优异,达B1级标准,能很好满足对阻燃织物的要求. A novel phosphate flame retardant was synthesized using phosphorous acid and glycol as materials, and its structure was characterized. The cotton fabric was finished by the novel phosphate flame retardant. By changing the amount of flame retardant and crosslinking agent, curing time and curing temperature, the optimized finishing process was obtained as: 300 g/L of flame retardant, 80 g/L of crosslinking agent, curing at 170℃ for 2 min. The results of the flammability and thermal analysis of finished cotton fabrics indicated that the pyrolysis temperature obviously decreased and the residue greatly increased, the flame retardance of treated fabric was excellent and reached level B1, which could meet the demand of flame-retardant fabrics.
