摘要
经正交试验得出自制磷氮阻燃剂在涤纶织物上的优化整理工艺:阻燃剂300g/L,整理液pH值6.5,190℃焙烘90s.经优化工艺整理的涤纶织物具有较好的阻燃效果.皂洗30次后续燃、阴燃时间均为0s,损毁炭长<15cm(符合国家B1级标准),限氧指数>30%.经阻燃整理后,涤纶织物的断裂强力和白度没有受到明显影响.
The optimal finishing technique of self-made phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant on dacron was obtained through orthogonal experiment: 300 g/L of flame retardant, pH=6.5, cured at 190 ℃ for 90 s. Under the optimal finishing condition, the finished dacron had good flame retardance effect. Both of the sustained combustion time and afterglow time of the finished fabrics were 0 s after 30 times of washing, the damage char length was lower than 15 cm, which could meet the demand of B1 level of the national standard. The LOI values of these samples were all above 30%, the breaking strength and whiteness of dacron were not distinctly affected.
