摘要
研究了基于重铬酸钾/浓硫酸-硫酸银氧化体系的锦纶纤维织物的消解方法,探讨了该体系中各组分用量对消解体系稳定性的影响.结果表明:当氧化体系中浓硫酸-硫酸银用量超过788.57g/L,体系变得不稳定且自身消耗重铬酸钾;在消解体系中,重铬酸钾需要足够过量才能完全消解锦纶.完全消解0.015g锦纶织物的优化工艺条件为:ρ(重铬酸钾)=5.26g/L,ρ(浓硫酸-硫酸银)=788.57g/L,沸腾回流120min.
In this paper, the digestion method of polyamide based on the potassium dichromate/concentrated sulfuric acid-silver sulfate oxidation system was studied. The effects of concentrations of various components on the stability of digestion system were explored. The results indicated that the system became unstable and consumed potassium dichromate itself if the concentration of sulfuricacid-silver sulfate was over 788.57 g/L. Polyamide could be totally digested only if the potassium dichromate was redundant in the digestion system. The optimal conditions of total digestion of 0.015 g polyamide fabric were: ρ(potassium dichromate)=5.26 g/L, ρ(sulfu- ricacid-silver sulfate)=788.57 g/L, 120 min of boiling refluxing.
