摘要 探讨了Eurolan RP皂洗酶用于活性染料纯棉深浓色染色后处理的工艺,得出了优化工艺条件:皂洗酶用量0.6g/L,pH值6~7,85~90℃皂洗20min.并与传统高温皂洗工艺效果相对比,结果表明:在优化工艺条件下,用Eurolan RP皂洗酶处理的织物皂洗沾色牢度、湿摩擦牢度均优于传统工艺,织物表面色深K/S值相近,目测基本没有差异,酶洗残液吸光度值和CODCr值比传统工艺低,节能、减排、省时. The deep shade posttreatment process of reactive dyed cotton fabric with Eurolan RP soaping enzyme was discussed. The optimal process was obtained as follows: 0.6 g/L of pH value 6-7, soaping enzyme, soaping at 85-90℃ for 20 min. The result was compared with the conventional high tempearture soaping, it was found that the soaping staining fastness and wet crocking fastness of Eurolan RP enzyme treated fabric under the optimal process were superior to those of the conventional process. The surface color depth K/S values of fabrics were similar, there were no difference by eye survey. The shade value and CODe, of the residual of enzyme soaping were lower than conventional process, which was an energy-saving, emission reduction and time-saving process.
